1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the APOSTLE app ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

APOSTLE is a Catholic content and creator platform that allows users to access Catholic media, prayer resources, and community content. Content is provided by APOSTLE LLC and independent Catholic creators.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features require a paid subscription. Subscription pricing is displayed in the App before purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription through your App Store or Google Play account settings.

Payments are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). Refunds are subject to the policies of those platforms.

5. User Content

By posting reflections, comments, or other content in the App, you grant APOSTLE LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content within the App.

You are solely responsible for the content you post. You agree not to post content that is false, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or in violation of any applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property

The APOSTLE app, including its design, code, and original content, is owned by APOSTLE LLC and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

Public-domain content (e.g., classic Catholic texts) is provided for your personal, non-commercial use.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose

• Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its servers

• Use the App to distribute spam or unsolicited communications

• Scrape or harvest content from the App without permission

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. APOSTLE LLC does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

Content published by independent creators does not necessarily represent the views of APOSTLE LLC. While we strive to maintain the Catholic character of our platform, we do not guarantee the theological accuracy of all content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, APOSTLE LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through Settings → Delete Account.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
