APOSTLE ("we," "us," or "our") is a Catholic content and creator platform operated by APOSTLE LLC. We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy.

2. Information We Collect

Account information: When you create an account, we collect your email address. You may optionally provide a display name, profile photo, and bio.

Usage data: We collect information about your interactions with the app — content you listen to, read, bookmark, or comment on — to provide and improve our services.

Device information: We may collect device type, operating system version, and app version for diagnostics and crash reporting.

Payment information: Subscription payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not store your payment card details. Creator memberships may use Stripe; see Stripe's privacy policy for details.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the APOSTLE platform

• Personalize your experience and deliver content relevant to you

• Process subscriptions and purchases

• Send you service-related communications

• Respond to your comments, questions, and support requests

• Monitor and improve the app

4. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only:

With service providers: Firebase (Google) for authentication and database, Mux for media streaming, RevenueCat for subscription management, and Stripe for payments. Each operates under their own privacy policies.

As required by law: We may disclose information when required by law or in response to legal process.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove your profile and personal data within 30 days. Some anonymized usage data may be retained for analytics purposes.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. You can update your profile in Settings → Edit Profile or delete your account in Settings → Delete Account.

7. Children's Privacy

APOSTLE is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us.

8. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest using Firebase's security infrastructure.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the effective date and, where appropriate, by in-app notice.
